The previous item on our agenda was the improvements agreement and that's been taken care of. And then, going through the staff report, that the conditions that needed to be met have been met and have been inspected by the appropriate individuals and so I, I would support the approval of the final plat.

11:11:58 AM Commissioner Skinner I'll move to approve Gray Hawk Minor Subdivision with staff-suggested conditions except for striking #6 and replacing it with language that would require county road standards from Norris Road to the north boundary of the subdivision, to strike conditions #7, #8 and #9, to retain condition #26 as written by staff and to, and I'm not sure where it is, but to take out the waiver for ag structures in common open space. To change, to take out, in #25, "...except for agricultural structures."
